SJS Pet Care & Clinic was born in February 2016 out of compassion, experience, and a deep sense of responsibility toward pets. After working in private veterinary hospitals and spending years caring for rescued dogs and cats through NGOs, we felt there was something missing — a place where every animal is treated with the same love and respect, whether they belong to a home or come from the streets.

We wanted to build a clinic where healing is not rushed, where every life matters, and where pet parents feel heard, supported, and never judged. That dream became SJS Pet Care & Clinic.

Our greatest strength is advanced medical care. Behind every procedure lies careful planning, ethical decision-making, and a team of skilled doctors and compassionate support staff who stand by each patient — before, during, and after treatment. We celebrate recoveries together and grieve when things are beyond medicine — because these animals are not “cases” to us. They are family.

What makes us different is our personal touch. We are not corporate. We know our patients by their names, personalities, fears, and quirks. We sit down with pet parents, explain everything clearly, and hold their hands through difficult moments. Honesty, empathy, and trust form the heart of our work.

As we look ahead, our vision is to become a trusted center for advanced veterinary medical care and treatment, educate pet parents and expand services responsibly — while never losing the warmth, humility, and compassion with which we began.
